Are there contracts required? 

Bee Eco Friendly LLC does not require customers to sign a contract with us.

What should I know about payments and fees? 

Payment for cleaning service is due in full on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, and personal checks for recurring clients payable to Bee Eco Friendly. 

–NSF checks: returned unpaid from your bank- will be charged $30 for administration fee.

-Late payments fee:

 If we do not receive payment until 6 pm on the cleaning day, we will charge a $10 per day late payment fee.  

-Cancellation Fee:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, there is no late cancellation fee.

PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY FEELS SICK SO WE CAN CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR CLEANING APPOINTMENT

– Lock-Out Fee:

We will remind you at least 24 hours before your cleaning appointment.

If our cleaning technicians cannot enter your home to clean, we will charge a $50 lock-out fee.

-Refunds:

We do not offer refunds to customers. We do not trade refunds for reviews.

Can my cleaning price change?

Rescheduling cleanings to less frequent appointments can result in higher cleaning costs. However, we can remove some tasks from cleaning a priority list to avoid the price increase.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If any part of your cleaning service doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know on the same day as your cleaning services, and we will come back to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Should I prepare a house before cleaning? 

Please take a few minutes before your cleaning appointment to prepare your house and save money, such as washing dishes, collecting toys from the floor, etc.

We will do those with advanced notice and an additional cleaning preparation fee.

What with my key and security alarm?

Each customer’s key is locked and coded in a safe box.

Bee Eco Friendly LLC is not responsible for any charges resulting from an active alarm. Please ensure the security alarm is turned off on the cleaning day.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we are. Please let us know whatever you think is essential to learn about your pets’ behavior. This information helps us make them comfortable with us.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, we provide all the necessary equipment and cleaning products free of charge.

What if the damage happened? 

Our cleaning technicians take extra care of your belongings, but we are only humans.  If an item is believed to be damaged by one of our cleaning technicians, it must be reported to Bee Eco Friendly LLC management within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will notify the customer immediately if we damage anything during the cleaning service. We reserve the option to repair the damaged item or replace it.

We are not liable for damage to artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms valued over $100 that our client did not notify us about during the setup process. Those items are expensive or impossible to replace.

Please let us know of any valuables you prefer we not clean or handle.

Also, before cleaning, put away all small items left in the bathroom (e.g., earrings, rings) since they can accidentally fall into the drain opening during the cleaning.

Do you provide any safety and work conditions requirements?

Yes, we do:

–In-Home Temperatures:

For safety reasons, please set the thermostat to a lower temperature during the summer months and get it physically comfortable for labor (at the highest, 73 degrees). This way, our cleaning technicians can work safely without overheating. If the home is too warm, we reserve the right to adjust the thermostat. Cleaners will return the previous settings before they leave.

-Lifting, climbing & bending:

We are determined to keep our cleaning technicians safe. They do not climb higher than a 3 ft 2-step ladder, move or lift items heavier than 20 lbs., move furniture with electronics, pull out any appliances, or clean floors on their hands and knees, except bathroom floors.

What about my privacy?

Bee Eco Friendly LLC takes privacy very seriously and is committed to protecting it. We will not sell, exchange, or distribute your personally identifiable information to an outside source.
